Issue

  • The following error is reported in /opt/application/netapp/cloudmanager/docker_occm/data/log/server.log that a potential account problem is occurring with the message Duplicate entry:

2020-12-23 16:57:51,310 UTC ERROR [Discover Azure                ] [vABCDEF] [             ] [User_Name  ] (oncloud-akka.actor.default-dispatcher-61) [GeneralExceptionMapper:41] Duplicate entry '2921-VsaWorkingEnvironment-vABCDEF; for key 'uk_resource_resource_identifier'
java.lang.RuntimeException: Duplicate entry '2921-VsaWorkingEnvironment-vABCDEF; for key 'uk_resource_resource_identifier'
