Warning on region selection during Azure CVO deployment in BlueXP UI

Issue

While deploying CVO, the Availability zone is shown as None in the BlueXP UI due to timeout while fetching SKU information from Azure side.

Warning : Selecting this region will result in a non-zonal deployment
