Cloud Backup Service shows unexpected backup information

Applies to

  • Cloud Backup Service (CBS)
  • Cloud Manager Connector (OCCM)
  • Cloudvolume ONTAP (CVO)
  • ONTAP 9.7P6

Issue

  • The backup for a volume appears in the 'Failed' status in the console
  • There is no error message for this failure.
  • The backup for the rest of the volumes appears Active
  • The number of backups that appears for all volumes is 0 (retention policy of 7 daily)
