CBS interface not loading in Cloud Manager after applying HTTPS cert

Issue

  • An https cert has been added to the BlueXP connector, but when entering the Backup and Recovery interface, the GUI is blank and won't show the Backups list.
  • Further the following is displayed in the GUI

  • Another indication Backup and Recovery is having problems is the link between the CVO instance and the designated S3 bucket is notably absent
