Amazon FSX for NetApp ONTAP

Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP is a first party AWS solution. The SaaS, infrastructure and support for this native service is owned by AWS. AWS should be the initial contact point for support related issues.

If there is a problem with a NetApp solution that involves Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP (ie. Snapmirror from NetApp AFF on-prem to FSx), customers can contact NetApp support for assistance using the appropriate NetApp On-prem entitlement.
