  • EMS log alerts:

[Node-01: disk_admin: multi.dsk.cksum.err:EMERGENCY]: Checksum verification failures reported by multiple disks connected to adapter 0n.
[Node-01: disk_admin: callhome.multi.dsk.cksum.err:EMERGENCY]: Call home for Write Verification Error: Port 0n

  • These alerts occur after adding disks to an aggregate
