NVDIMM in ERROR condition (0x00000801)

Issue

During the Power On Self Test (POST) one or both of the following errors is displayed:
 
AFF-A800:
DIMM F1: NVDIMM in ERROR condition (0x00000801).

DIMM M1: NVDIMM in ERROR condition (0x00000801).

AFF-A400:

NVDIMM in ERROR condition (0x00000801).
  1. CPU reset will cause another POST
  2. After the second attempt system continues to boot
  3. During the boot process the following error messages will be registered:
Sat Jul 23 10:07:01 2022 [nvdimm.nvmem.destage.failure:ALERT]:NVMEM subsystem fail to start or complete destage process, please check battery or NVDIMM..
