Answer

NetApp is a reseller of Cisco switches with Smart Net Total Care support contracts whereby Cisco is responsible for providing all technical support and replacement part services directly to the end-user. 

Customers must download firmware directly from Cisco.

Please Note: Only firmware qualified by NetApp is supported
