Issue

On system boot, messages in the event log indicate missing PSU 2 and PSU 3:

Thu Mar 04 19:38:33 -0800 [NTAP-01: dsa_worker1: ses.status.psWarning:error]: DS4246 (S/N SHJGD6866877247) shelf 21 on channel 9a power warning for Power supply 2: not installed. This module is on the rear of the shelf at the top right.
