Issue

Modify aggr maxraidsize fail with error.
 
Example:

clusterB::> aggr modify -aggregate aggr1_DATA -maxraidsize 17

Error: command failed: Failed to modify maxraidsize of aggregate "aggr1_DATA". Reason: Maximum RAID group size "17" is  invalid because the disk sizes in the aggregate restrict the RAID group size to 14 or lower. Fields that were successfully modified: none
