EMS log reports "spm.ntpd.process.exit" and "callhome.spm.process.maxexit"

Issue

ONTAP reports "spm.ntpd.process.exit" and "callhome.spm.process.maxexit" events in the EMS.
These errors are observed after removing a node and its failover partner node from the cluster.

"Spmd.log" shows ntpd is in slow-restart mode because of repeat restart.
