Disks are 7200 RPM, but they are shown as 15000 RPM in "sysconfig -r"

Issue

The disk speed is 7200 RPM, but in "sysconfig -r", some disks are shown as 15000 RPM.

Example:

Aggregate aggr0 (online, raid_dp, degraded) (block checksums)
  Plex /aggr0/plex0 (online, normal, active)
    RAID group /aggr0/plex0/rg0 (double degraded, block checksums)
