Event Summary

The alternate controller is being held in reset by the surviving controller. This can happen under various circumstances.

Validate

Controller 7-segment display is showing a lockdown code, for example OS OL

Resolution

Solution requires Diagnostic-level recovery. The use of Diagnostic commands and recovery steps is potentially disruptive and should only be used when directed by NetApp Support.
