E-Series Internal Tray Drive by-passed MEL logs on empty drive slots

Issue

  • Disk Array shows empty Slots being "Drive by-passed"
  • Looking at the MEL logs, there are no drives on the specified tray and slot. We can also see power toggled on and off for various other drives on the same tray.
