Unable to add switches to Cluster Switch Health Monitor (CSHM) when IPv6 is used

Issue

  • When only IPv6 is used for ONTAP and Cluster Network switches management, switches fail to be automatically added to CSHM
  • Adding switches manually to CSHM via system cluster-switch create reports error
Error: command failed: Monitoring is not supported for IP addresses in the address family "ipv6"
