On system reboot, node is reporting "Disk auto-partitioning is disabled on this system: ADP DISABLED."

Issue

On every node reboot, system reports ADP DISABLED and also generates an Autosupport with the event, even if the system is configured with ADP.

Mar 03 11:05:00 [Node-A:raid.autoPart.disabled:ALERT]: Disk auto-partitioning is disabled on this system: the system needs a minimum of 8 usable internal hard disks.
Mar 03 11:05:00 [Node-A:callhome.raid.adp.disabled:ALERT]: Disk auto-partitioning is disabled on this system: ADP DISABLED.
