Issue

  • CLERDK:Cluster Notification from Filer1 (CLUSTER ERROR: DISK/SHELF COUNT MISMATCH) ERROR
    Message cfdisk: previous mismatch resolved
    Error message: cfdisk: shelf count mismatch detected: local 3, partner 4

    The followig AutoSupport messages sent might also be seen:
    SHELF_FAULT
    Filesystem Disk Fail
  • With a disk show –n, the disk is not seen on the owning node.
    disk show: No disks match option -n.
  • Also, the disk is seen unassigned on the partner node.

    Note: When adding new disks to a storage system, the disks are assigned to the partner node. 
  • Disk assignment fails with the following error:
    disk assign: Disk 1a.16.23 not accessible. Error 19 (disk not ready for requested operation)
