How to save Data Warehouse IBM Cognos reports to a local drive for DWH 7.3.3 and later

Description

As part of keeping DWH healthy, it is recommended to keep the Cognos database under 200MB. If Cognos reports are saved to the database, this can cause the database to grow significantly and cause issues with backing up and restoring the reporting database, or cause reporting database corruption.
 

To avoid saving the report outputs to the database, configure Cognos to use a local or network location.
