Issue

FlexVol volume goes out of space without space allocation enabled LUN is taken offline without SCSI notification to the host of out of space.

Event Log (EMS):

wafl_exempt03: wafl.vol.full:notice]: Insufficient space on volume vol_xyz to perform operation. 64.0KB was requested but only 20.0KB was available.

LUN.offline:notice]: LUN at path /vol/vol_123/LUN_ABC in volume vol_123 (DSID 27379) has been brought offline.
