Cluster image show-update-progress does not show "completed" after an Ontap upgrade

Issue
- After an Ontap upgrade, all nodes of the cluster show that the new versions are running.
- "
cluster image show-update-progress" is still showing nodes with status "in-progress" and "waiting"
