Issue

  • After a drive fails on the system, an automated case is not raised for the event
  • The autosupport history shows that the message for the event was processed successfully
    Cluster::> autosupport history show -node <node name> -status sent-successful
  • Other recipients receive the Autosupport notification
  • Case creation was not being suppresssed due to ongoing maintenance
