ASUP transmission failed when sent from Cluster management IP

Issue

  • Node hosting the cluster management LIF is not sending ASUP
  • When cluster management LIF is moved to another node, the issue migrates with it
  • Command autosupport check show-details points to an issue with the Proxy :

Component: http-post-destination

Status: failed

Detail: HTTP/S POST connectivity check failed for destination:

https://support.netapp.com/asupprod/post/1.0/postAsup

via proxy - proxy.domain.com:8080. Error: Possible ProxyAuthentication issue.

Corrective Action: Ensure the user-id and password are set correctly forthe proxy URL.

Status: transmission-failed

Error: Received HTTP code 404 from proxy after CONNECT
