ASUP transmission via Proxy fails - Server responded with Error 302

Issue

  • ASUP over HTTPS is not sent from one node
  • Error details:
HTTP/S PUT connectivity check failed for destination: https://support.netapp.com/put/AsupPut/ via proxy - xx.xx.xx.xx:1080. Server responded with Error: 302.
  • Node communicates with Proxy via Cluster mgmt IP
  • Packet trace from Management port shows proxy trying to establish a connection using an unexpected certificate
  • Cluster is receiving an authentication request message from McAfee while trying to send ASUP
  • Disabling certificate validation process does not resolve the issue
