What does the autosupport message "Bridge Unexpected Reboot" mean?

Starting ONTAP 8.3 an autosupport message " StorageBridgePortDown " is sent whenever an ATTO FibreBridge becomes unavailable to MetroCluster Health Monitoring.

The message is different between in-band and out of band management.
