ActiveIQ is displaying risk for MetroCluster check

Issue

MetroCluster has a built-in command to verify MetroCluster configuration and ONTAP configuration issues. If this command reports errors, a system risk in Active IQ will be generated as the issue could impact data availibilty.

Cause

MetroCluster check is run by the administrator in ONTAP 8.3 but runs automatically in ONTAP 9.

In Clustered Data ONTAP 8.3 releases, the section containing the MetroCluster check information is only available in user triggered AutoSupports.
This can lead to fixed risks not being cleared in Active IQ.
