Shelf in critical status due to over temperature warning

Issue

  • Shelf over temperature warning is reported in the event logs:

[Node-A: dsa_worker1: callhome.shlf.overtemp:error]: Call home for SHELF OVER TEMPERATURE 128 C (262 F)
[Node-A: dsa_worker1: ses.status.temperatureError:error]: DS460-12 (S/N SHJXXXXXX0000XX) shelf 40 on channel 11b temperature error for Temperature sensor 16: critical status; overtemperature failure. Current temperature: 128 C (262 F). This module is on the front of the shelf 4th drawer from the top, module A sensor 1.
[Node-A: statd: monitor.shelf.warning:error]: Fault reported on disk storage shelf attached to channel 11b. Check fans, power supplies, disks, and temperature sensors.

  • Shelf status is reported as critical:
