Issue

  • EMS reports fan failure ceaselessly.

Sun Mar 13 12:16:17 +0800 [nodeA: env_mgr: monitor.chassisFan.stop:error]: Chassis fan contains at least one stopped fan: Fan1 (0 RPM)
Sun Mar 13 12:16:47 +0800 [nodeA: env_mgr: callhome.c.fan.fru.fault:error]: Call home for CHASSIS FAN FRU FAILED: Fan1
Sun Mar 13 12:17:00 +0800 [nodeA: monitor: monitor.globalStatus.critical:EMERGENCY]: One fan has failed: Fan1 State.

  • EMS keeps reporting the same error after the effected fan is repalced.
