Issue

  • Link doesn't come online when converting from switchless FAS2620 to switched BES-53248.
  • Verified the RCF version installed is supported.
  • Verified that supported cable and SFP are used on both ends.
  • Procedure from the document was followed.
  • Tried swapping the cables on both ends. 
  • No changes when connected to different interfaces on the switch.
  • Executed shut/no shut on switch side.
