Issue

After attempting to upgrade the firmware of a Flash Cache NVMe device in an offline state it may fail:

2/4/2021 12:54:37   node-01       ERROR         nvme.fw.program.failed: NVMe caching module in slot 1 with serial number S3K7NX0K102318, and model number X3310A failed to download firmware version vendor specific to the drive with error code 0xe00002200089.

Wed Mar 10 20:53:26 -0700 [node-A: fc_fw_check: nvme.fw.program.failed:error]: NVMe caching module in slot 4 with serial number S3K6NX0K200671, and model number X3311A failed to download firmware version vendor specific to the drive with error code 0xe00002200209.
