Issue

The following error is seen in the EMS log
 
[Node1: disk_server_0: disk.ioReassignFailed:alert]: disk 0a.10.1L1: sector xxxxxxxxx failed to be reassigned (2213). [NETAPP   X480_WKOJN04TSDB NA05] S/N [XXXXXXXXXXXX]
[Node1: disk_server_0: disk.failmsg:error]: Disk 0a.10.1L1 (XXXXXXXXXXXX): returned error on reassign. 3161236 [NETAPP   X480_WKOJN04TSDB NA05] S/N [XXXXXXXXXXXX]
