DISK SCRUB PARITY INCONSISTENCY without scsi.cmd.checkCondition error

- Single drive reporting messages during SCRUB
- The drive reporting the messages is not local to the node.
Issue
- Event Message System (EMS) messages reported. Example:
[Node_name: config_thread: raid.rg.scrub.summary.lw:notice]: Scrub found 7 RAID write signature inconsistencies in /aggr/plex1/rg1.
[Node_name: config_thread: callhome.dsk.scrub.parity:alert]: Call home for DISK SCRUB PARITY INCONSISTENCY
- No 'scsi.cmd.checkCondition' or 'disk.ioRecoveredError' errors can be found in the EMS.
- All the errors repaired, for the single impacted drive. Example:

- The reported aggregate is online and it doesn't have any failed (broken) disks. Example:
