Issue

AIQUM generates Controller Has Only One Cluster LIF event even though ONTAP cluster has multiple cluster LIFs per node

Cluster FQDN - <CLUSTER_FQDN>
Trigger Condition - This storage appliance has 0 cluster LIFs defined but only 0 is active. Cluster Interconnect Bandwidth  is compromised and cluster LIF redundancy is unavailable.
