After ONTAP upgrade NS224 shelf transitioned to single path

Issue

  • Before the upgrade the shelves report on ports e3b and e5a:

  • After the upgrade to ONTAP 9.7P23, disks and shelf are only reported on channel e5a although port e3b is marked as up:
