Example:

ERROR tape.cmd.chkCondErr: Tape device <TAPE_DEVICE>: Check Condition: SCSI opcode Read(06) (CDB 0x08: 0x010000 bytes): data protect -  (0x7 - 0xee 0xf 0x65).

tape.cmd.chkCondErr:error: Tape device <TAPE_DEVICE>: Check Condition: SCSI opcode Write(06) (CDB 0x0a: 0x010000 bytes): hard error - Track following error (0x3 - 0x9 0x0 0x36).
tape.cmd.chkCondErr:error]: Tape device <TAPE_DEVICE>: Check Condition: SCSI opcode Write Filemarks (CDB 0x10): hard error - Track following error (0x3 - 0x9 0x0 0x36).
