  • The maximum aggregate size limit is platform and ONTAP version dependent
  • To find the maximum refer to Hardware Universe
  • Under Products select the correct category:
    • All-Flash FAS (AFF)
    • All SAN Array (ASA AFF)
    • Fabric Attached Storage (FAS)
  • Select the correct ONTAP version and platform configuration that matches your environment to complete the search
  • In the results page refer to the WAFL Cluster Limits section for the Maximum Size of a 64-bit Aggregate (TiB) detail
