Unable to unjoin node from cluster after node was initialized

Issue

When attempting to unjoin a node from the cluster, the following error is seen:

cluster::*> cluster unjoin -node <nodename> -force true

Job failed: failed to disable cluster-scoped metadata volume support before remove node operation. Reason: Failed to check file or LUN copy operation status. Reason: "RPC: Couldn't make connection [from mgwd on node "Node-01" (VSID: -3) to mgwd at 169.254.x.x]
