Issue

ONTAP image upload fails on slow connections after running for 20 minutes with a misleading "Operation too slow. Less than 1024 bytes/sec transferred the last 1200" error after upgrade to 9.7P5:
 
Error: command failed: Failed to download package from   http://.../97P6_q_image.tgz. Error: Timeout was reached : Operation too slow. Less than 1024 bytes/sec transferred the last 1200 seconds
