Select node deploy fails with NodeNotPingable error

Issue

  • Network Connectivity Checker between the host on which the ONTAP Select Deploy is hosted and the host where we are creating new ONTAP Select Cluster fails. 
  • Select Node deployment to fails with:
Cluster deploy failed. Review the events in the events tab to rectify the cluster configuration and try deploying the cluster again.
Cluster deploy failed. NodeNotPingable: Not all nodes in cluster "CLUSTER_NAME" responding to pings on node management IP. Check the networking configuration of the host, including VLAN IDs, gateway, etc.
