Issue

  • Fabric Operating System is not loading.
  • The switch went down after multiple reboots with the error:
Raslog Module Initialisation failed rc=-1
fabsys device open: No such device or
address

* Following actions can be taken to recover the switch:      
 
*Use supportsave to collect supportsave data.      
*Contact Brocade support team for further assistance.

can't get Sw Model= 1, default
  • Serial connection was possible to collect supportsave logs
