  • Cluster is not reporting to Active IQ
  • Errors reported in Active IQ docker container log (mnode_mnode-svc-aiq-collector.log):
    • ERROR FAILED to fetch ListAPIMethodsToFetch :(7)Failed to connect to monitoring.solidfire.com port 443:Operation timed out
    • ERROR Error parsing result for ListAPIMethodsToFetch : No JSON object could be decoded
  • nc -zvw5 monitoring.solidfire.com 443
    • nc: connect to monitoring.solidfire.com port 443 (tcp) timed out: Operation now in progress
