Issue

  • Two LUN's causing extreme performance degradation across the IBM GPFS cluster
  • Controller A had multiple exceptions (panic/crash) every time the LUN's were brought back in to the cluster
  • A side effect of this situation was also an error volume not on preferred path ( VNOPP )
