E-Series ancient IO controller reboot during write operation to a volume

Issue
- E-Series controller resets unexpedetely. The parsed event in the 
MAJOR-EVENT-LOGof E-Series support bundle indicated the reboot reason is due toANCIENT_IO: 
B:10/23/20, 8:43:17 AM (08:43:17) 93386 4010 Controller reset - Shelf 1, Bay B----> Reboot Reason : SCSI: REBOOT_ON_ANCIENT_IO- Due to the unexpected controller reboot, a core dump is captured from the controller. The following signature can be found in the 
excLogShowcommand output and in theSTATE-CAPTURE-DATAlog file:
