Issue

  • After configuring NTP in the past, SANtricity System Manager reports that NTP is not configured
  • Under Support > Support Center > Support Resources > Storage Array Profile, Primary NTP server shows null while Secondary NTP server is present
  • NTP configuration is still intact, but being reported incorrectly in SANtricity System Manager
