Unable to power ON the SolidFire storage node after an unplanned node offline

Issue
- Active IQ error log entry that is unresolved:
The SolidFire Application cannot communicate with Storage node having node ID 'X'
- Unable to power on the storage node by pressing the power button on the front of the chassis.
