Issue

  • RTFI fail with the message :  [UnhandledError pid=1 cmd=sfnvdimm arm ${nvid}]
  • sf-master.info log file shows following messages: 

    ShellInternal exception cmd="sfnvdimm arm 0x1000105" ex.whatString=Failed to execute system cmd="sfnvdimm arm 0x1000105" pid=14583 result={ rc=1 stdout="" stderr=">> VENDOR_NAME="Smart" args1="arm" args2="0x1000105"

    >> [UnhandledError pid=15341 cmd=${MDIR}/smart-nvdimm-original $@]

  • NVDIMM Armed Fail  is seen on SEL Event
  • BPM Energy Source Error  is seen on SEL Event
  • TUI screen is in stuck with the message : Please wait for API server to be ready...  after boot. 

  • Error Code: nvramDeviceStatus
    • Details: NVRAM device problems detected, metadata drive will be removed. Contact NetApp Support. error={NVRAM device partition doesn't exist} critical={Device: 0x1000005 Key: armStatusSaveNArmed, Device: 0x1000005 Key: persistenceLost}
