Issue

  • SolidFire cluster generated a persistent alert:

SF: SolidFire Alert from SOLIDFIRE (BlocksDegradedError)
Only a single complete copy of the block data is accessible. Restore any offline or degraded block data to restore redundancy.

  • Additional log output from the node via the IPMI logs and during POST

watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#8 stuck for 23s!
watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#4 stuck for 22s!
MMI watchdog: Watchdog detected hard LOCKUP on cpu11
