Node Network Ports Not Functioning Properly

Issue
- When the node is powered on and begins Power On Self Test (POST), the node network port's status and activity LEDs do not illuminate after the network drivers have loaded.
 - After the node has booted up into settings, no physical network port LED activity is present on the node
 - Network cables were swapped out with known working ethernet cables
 - Known working network switch ports were used
