Issue

  • A node was put into 'Maintenance Mode' and then physically removed from the cluster or failed to boot but was not logically removed from the cluster.  
  • A 2nd hardware failure on a different node in the cluster was present but was resolved
  • The bin sync process is not progressing and data is unavailable
