  • Modify "public" SNMP Community Name value via iDRAC settings.
  • Change the SNMP community string from public to non-standard value for security purposes.
  • Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) is an industry-standard protocol used for remote monitoring and managmenet of network devices (UDP port 161).
