  • NetApp Element Plug-In for vCenter Server (VCP) 5.0 and above
  • VMware vSphere 6.7, 7.0U3f and above

Issue

  • The VCP is unresponsive or showing a banner that the Server is not responding or Server Error
  • The /opt/solidfire/sioc/data/logs/vcp-remote.log on the Management Node (mNode) is not displaying new messages
